The following summarizes the major project components of the Work: - Mobilization and demobilization. - The anticipated area of disturbance for the waterline improvements included under this contract are as indicated in the project plans (Appendix A). - Demolition - Removal of asphalt pavements, concrete curb, drive aprons, service laterals and structures as necessary to install the proposed waterline and appurtenances within the Outlook Drive right of way. - Installation of new waterline, service laterals, curb boxes, valves and fire hydrants as identified in the project plans. - Restoration asphalt pavement roadways, concrete drive aprons, concrete curbs and walks to original condition. The waterline pavement restoration of the trench and any drives approaches or curb that required will be set to existing grade. There will be no change in vertical elevation or horizontal alignment of items within the right-of-way as part of this scope. - Restoration of disturbed vegetated areas with seeding and mulching. - The Village of Silver Lake is referenced herein as the Owner of the project.
