Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) is seeking proposals from qualified service providers to establish a multi-year service contract for the maintenance of NFTA-owned floor cleaning equipment at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BNIA) and Niagara Falls International Airport (NFIA). SCOPE OF WORK The successful proponent must meet or exceed the following requirements: The proponent shall provide all necessary labor, tools, materials, supervision and equipment required to provide full maintenance service and repairs on all equipment listed.The equipment that requires routine service may change at any time during the term of the agreement. The proponent shall have an adequate supply of replacement or repair parts on-hand for normal preventative maintenance (PM) and for expediting emergency repairs of the equipment. The proponent will clean and perform scheduled preventative maintenance, and make adjustments and repairs as needed on all equipment listed herein. The equipment must be kept fully operational, while also maintaining the manufacturer's operating specifications. A copy of the proponent's PM checklist is to be included with proposal to be completed by their technician during each service call to indicate what work was performed. The Authority and the Contractor agree to waive all rights against each other for damages to the extent covered by the insurance. The Contractor shall require similar reciprocal waivers by all sub-Contractor. This policy shall recognize such waivers of recovery by an appropriate Waiver of Subrogation Clause Endorsement, excluding any subrogation rights granted under New York Law to the contrary notwithstanding. Above needed insurance coverage should be provided on a primary and non-contributory basis. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
