Renovation of an educational facility in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of May 24, 2022 , the project has not been awarded. A timeline for the award is not yet established.** The State University Construction Fund is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide design and construction services for the comprehensive renovation of the 26,305 square foot Moore Hall. The project will include site work, upgrade of architectural finishes, hazardous material abatement and replacement of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The space was originally built in 1966 as a kitchen and dining hall; it has been repurposed and now serves mostly as storage space. This project will restore the dining facility function for students living in the Moore Complex as well as for the rest of the campus in times of emergency. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6%
