Renovation of an educational facility in Auburn, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The intent is to enter into an agreement with a single qualified General Contractor for the entirety of the work. Interested firms will need to submit a Letter of Interest to the MIT Construction Department no later than 2/11/2022. All work is subject to Prevailing Wage and Certified Payroll requirements. Scope of Work: The overall, primary scope of work includes the following: 1) Protection of windows, landscaping, etc. from overspray and debris. 2) Preparation of existing exterior painted surfaces to include scraping, minor repairs, caulking, etc. as necessary prior to primer painting. 3) Primer painting. 4) Finish painting. 5) Clean-up and final punchlist, project acceptance.
