Site work for a water / sewer project in Saratoga, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of Saratoga Wyoming is soliciting bids for Installation of cold-water meters, PRV's, electronic meter interface, cable, mobile transceiver. Work is scheduled be completed in the Spring (March - May) 2022 The Owner may reject any and all Bids and reserves the right to waive minor irregularities in any Bid. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to the Owner for 5% of the total amount of the Bid, to be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages if the Bidder is awarded the Contract and fails to enter into an Agreement with the Owner within thirty (30) days from his notification. All Bids shall remain open for sixty (60) days after the day of the Bid opening. The successful Bidder shall furnish the services specifi ed and furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner.
