Project consists of Multiple Projects for Community Schools of Frankfort. The include everything from resealing existing parking lots at schools to replacing existing asphalt areas with new. Some sites include new concrete curbs and sidewalks as well as new parking lot lighting. Project schedule is as follows: Start date is May 2nd , 2022 with completion date of July 29th , 2022. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids.
