Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Frankfort, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Additionally, the contractor will be expected to grade and prepare existing stone base to proper elevations and compact with a vibratory roller. The contractor is also expected to remove approximately twelve (12) inches of dirt from the area, install eight (8) inches of stone base to approximately six thousand five hundred (6,500) square feet, furnish and install two and a half (2.5) inches (compacted thickness) of twenty-five (25) millimeters asphalt base and compact with vibratory roller, furnish and install one and a half (1.5) inches compacted thickness of nine and a half (9.5) millimeters asphalt surface and compact with vibratory roller, and finish roll and barricade lot of the pickleball courts. The bid must provide a breakdown of materials and labor for the asphalt reconstruction, as well as a total for the entire project. Each bid shall include an executed Contractor's Bid for Public Work- Form 96 as prescribed by the State Board of Accounts, accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a certified check made payable to the City of Frankfort, Indiana, or an approved Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Frankfort, Indiana, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept the one in its judgment to be the lowest, most responsive, most responsible, and in the best interests of the City of Frankfort, Indiana.
