Renovation of a water / sewer project in Sandy, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The scope of work entails the replacement of the existing boilers, exhaust duct and appurtenances in the plant's Actiflo Building as well as the controls upgrading, and integration work for the entirety of the HVAC system at the South East Regional Water Treatment Plant with the District's Headquarters. Construction Contract Date: 3/9/2022 An Award of Contract, if it were awarded, will be made within 60 calendar days of the opening of bids. A Notice to Proceed, if it were issued, will be made within 60 calendar days of the Notice of Award. All work shall be completed within 180 (one hundred-eighty) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, money order or bid bond in the amount of five percent of the total bid price payable to the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District as a guarantee that the bidder, if its bid is accepted, will promptly execute the contract, provide evidence of worker's compensation insurance, and furnish a satisfactory faithful performance bond in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid price and a payment bond in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid price The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make awards in the interest of the Owner.
