Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sandy, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work comprises the construction of a new 15-Iinch PVC sewer pipe and connecting to an existing 15-inch PVC sewer pipe, a new casing under the MVC, and associated sewer manholes. This work will include sewer line, manhole replacement as well as bypass pumping, groundwater control, and surface restoration of existing improvements damaged by construction including but not limited to asphalt, concrete curb, concrete sidewalk, clearing and grubbing, and fencing removal and replacement. Also required is the construction of approximately 2,960 feet of a new 12-inch PVC waterline, fire hydrants, valves, testing and commissioning, and all appurtenant work. The Work to be constructed is located along 8600 South from approximately 5600 West to 6000 West in West Jordan, UT. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
