The purpose of this request for bid is to solicit competitive sealed bids from qualified Suppliers for Floor Finish for the Custodial Department in the Canyons School District (CSD). At this time interested suppliers MUST bid Diversey Premia Ultra High Speed Floor Finish (product Code 5039422). The district will be doing an evaluation over the next year that may result in changing this product. Freight is to be F.O.B. Destination Pre-Paid and Allowed and will need to built into the unit cost. The delivery address is Canyons School District Central Warehouse 9300 South 225 East. Sandy, UT 84070. The original purchase will be for 240 units but Canyons School District (CSD) is not required to re-order at that quantity level every time. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible Supplier(s). Questions Deadline: 2/21/2022 10:00 AM (MT) CSD intends to award a contract associated with this solicitation that will continue for one (1) year. Each bid must include an option whereby CSD, in its sole discretion, can extend the contract annually for up two (2) additional years on the same terms, prices, and conditions set forth in the bid. If the option is not exercised, then the contract shall automatically expire at the end of the contract term. Notice of exercise of the option must be given at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the contract term.
