Appropriate equipment to complete all work must be available to the contractor at all times; including a chainsaw and the ability to remove small piles of limbs, debris, etc. Mowing all the weeds and grass to a maximum of 4" in height over the Entire Lot Including Ditches Complete to the Pavement. No straggling weeds to remain. Trimming or "weed-eating" along sidewalks, around trees, poles, structures, etc. The removal and disposal of small fallen limbs, excess grass and weed clippings, or amounts of trash that can be bagged and disposed of by the Contractor. Larger fallen limbs, in excess of 3" diameter, are to be cut to less than 8' in length and moved to the property line for pickup by the City of Hope Sanitation workers. Trimming of overgrown hedgerows to a height of less than 4 feet in height and 4' in width. 7. Work is to be completed within 7 days after receipt of the work order. All Disposal Costs Are the Responsibility of the Contractor. No Additional Fees Will Be Paid for Disposal Costs for Items Accepted at the City of Hope Solid Waste Facility Contractor shall provide proof of insurance in the following amounts: General Liability: $150,000 per individual/occurrence, Vehicle Liability: $100,000/$300,000 with $50,000 property damage. The City of Hope reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
