Questions Due Date FROM February 16, 2022 @ 12:00 noon TO February 23, 2022 @ 12:00 noon The County of Spotsylvania, VA is seeking bids from qualified Contractorsto provide construction services and materials for Cells IIA and IIB at the Spotsylvania County Livingston Landfill located at 6241 Massey Road, Spotsylvania, VA 22551. The project consists of double liner and leachate systems in the cells, and roads, leachate basin, pump stations, force main and all other supporting construction items. The successful Contractor shall perform all construction activities and provide all construction management, necessary tools, equipment, materials, fuel, insurance, personnel, and supervision to complete the Project as described herein. The successful Contractor shall fulfill the obligations of any Contract resulting from this IFB at the direction of the County and follow accordingly all federal, state and local regulations. Questions from Bidders must be received by the Spotsylvania County Procurement Division by February 16, 2022 at noon. Questions must be emailed to Elaine Guinn, Procurement Officer II, at eguinn@spotsylvania.va.us The County is not responsible for verbal clarification of information provided by parties other than staff of the Procurement Division.
