This Sealed Request For Proposals (RFP) is being solicited to establish a contract with one or more qualified contractors to provide Boiler and HVAC Repairs, Preventative Maintenance & Related Services to ensure school locations are operating smoothly and that comfort is maintained at all times. Contract Term: Initial term of Two (2) years with four (4) consecutive/optional one (1) year renewal periods Pre-Proposal Conference: No pre-proposal conference is scheduled. In lieu of a Pre-Proposal Conference, questions will be accepted by e-mail to Jamie Pitts through November 17, 2022.
