No bid will be accepted without signed certificates of compliance with listed ordinances This project is located along Mansfield Avenue, and extends from Colchester Avenue to North Street. Project work consists of the construction of a 10-foot wide asphalt sidepath, sidewalk ramps, curbing, bump-outs, raised crosswalks, structure installation, striping, signage, and other incidentals. Work shall not begin prior to April 15, 2022. The Contract shall be completed on or before August 12, 2022. Work continued after August 12, 2022 shall be subject to accrued liquidated damages as set forth by the GENERAL and SPECIAL PROVISIONS. For this Proposal the Engineers Estimate of the base bid is between $250,000 and $500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The design team and construction subcontractors shall be involved in these meetings as necessary and requested. The general contractor shall prepare an updated construction schedule documenting the upcoming construction activities. The City shall be responsible for securing a meeting location and preparing all meeting materials, notes, and action items.
