Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 240,000-square-foot, six-story above grade educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and educational facility.
UBC Properties Trust is pleased to issue a Request for Proposal for Interior Glazing Trade Contractor regarding the UBC Gateway Building. The project will be an approximately 24,800 sm building that will consolidate space for the School of Nursing, the School of Kinesiology, UBC Language Science, UBC Integrated Health and Well Being Services, and the UBC Health Team-Based Primary Care Teaching Clinic Prototype. The proposed program is a mix of space types including wet labs, dry labs, clinical spaces, lecture theatres and classrooms, gym and fitness facilities as well as office and administrative functions.
