The District of Sooke is seeking quotes for the demolition, rough-in, supply and installation of electrical works for the administration offices of the Sooke Fire Rescue Service. The District is conducting a complete renovation of the 355 sq m space including updating the electrical and HVAC distribution, new plumbing and sprinkler systems, life-safety systems (exit signage, emergency lighting), wall and ceiling systems and flooring. The project will begin in March 2022 and is expected to be complete in August 2022. The District requests that quotations be provided in four phases: demolition, rough in, and supply, installation of fixtures and finishing. Based on a review of responses to this RFQ, the District of Sooke intends to select a Proponent who would then be invited to enter into a contract for provision of the services described in this RFQ.
