Monroe County School District (MCSD) is requesting bids for ADA Access Compliance Renovations at Big Pine
Academy. The Big Pine Academy is located at 30220 Overseas Hwy., Big Pine Key, FL 33043. Work will need to be
closely coordinated with school operations to NOT disrupt any services, but may start after board approval. This project
must be completed by August 1, 2023 for the intended use by the students and school staff. Contractor must obtain
required Monroe County School District Building Permit issued by the District.

The School Board will automatically reject the response of any person or affiliate who appears on the convicted vendor list prepared by the Department of General Services, State of Florida, under Section 287.133(3) (d), F.S. (1997).
