Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. The work generally includes selected base course pavement repairs along sections of Awol Road, and wearing course pavement overlay along the entirety of Awol Road. The work also includes placement of scratch and wearing course pavement along a portion of Bohn's Lane, and pavement widening at the intersection of Bohn's Lane and PA Route 72. Both roads will require white fog line and double yellow center line pavement markings. Clarification Deadline: 2/28/2022 10:00 AM Bidders are advised that prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply for bids over $100,000 and that minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents shall be paid on the project. Union Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
