ESTIMATED RANGE: .1 General - $9,000,000 - $10,000,000 LIQUIDATED DAMAGES = (.1) $2,500.00 per day, Client Agency Requirements - Attendance Tracking: Event host(s) must track attendance of all participants and maintain record of attendees. Attendance must include name, email and telephone number of attendees, event host(s), and those working or volunteering at the event. This information may be utilized for contact tracing purposes in compliance with federal and state privacy regulations. Social distancing: Though not required, it is still encouraged to maintain social distancing when possible. Face masks: Masks covering the nose and mouth are required for all individuals within indoor spaces regardless of vaccination status. Mask policy requires one of the following: 1) surgical mask; 2) surgical mask with a cloth mask worn over it; 3) K/N95 mask. Mask wearing is not required in outdoor spaces throughout campus. Covid Mitigation Plan - If an attendee or staff at an event tests positive for Covid-19, it should be reported to the conference director immediately and to Lincoln University leadership. The event host agrees to follow appropriate quarantine and contract tracing protocol set forth per PA Department of Health's Considerations for large gatherings policy. All potential proposers are invited and urged to attend this Pre-Proposal Conference. There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project.
