A sealed bid for renovations and repairs to ten single family homes, at ten separate locations located within Dauphin County PA, Proposed scope of project includes general construction, electrical upgrades, mechanical work, lead based paint abatement and stabilization to bring the residence into compliance with federal, state and local codes and improvements to abate deficient housing conditions.
