Reconstruct Congress Street from the Fort Point Channel to West Service Road to Complete Streets standards where applicable, in order to provide safe multi-modal streets, including; new sidewalks, street lights, trees and street furniture. This project is in included in the City of Boston's FY 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
