Niceville Housing Authority (NHA) is seeking the services of a qualified, licensed Contractor/Vendor to provide labor, materials and equipment for mowing, edging and trimming lawns, for pruning shrubs and bushes and for tree trimming at all properties owned by NHA. Bids must demonstrate qualifications for all stages of work including personnel, equipment, registrations/ licenses and insurances required to perform the work in the State of Florida, the NHA and HUD. This includes proof of liability Insurance in the amount of not less than $1,000,000.00, workers compensation and automobile insurance. Failure to provide the above will prevent any further consideration. NHA encourages minority participation and requires compliance with Section 3. Niceville Housing Authority is a drug free workplace and an equal opportunity employer. No faxed or e-mail bids will be accepted.
