The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work including the installation of 1,350 CY of blown-in wood fiber safety surfacing and all incidental construction at Stony Creek, Indian Springs, Kensington, Huron Meadows, Hudson Mills, DexterHuron, Delhi, Lower Huron, Willow, and Lake Erie Metropark in Livingston, Macomb, Oakland, Washtenaw, and Wayne County, Michigan. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Bid Bond by a recognized Surety Company, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract. After the time of opening, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or formalities and to make award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Authority.
