As of March 31,2022, the project was awarded to A. Colarusso & Son, Inc. and the awarded amount is $6,180,313.01. With construction taking place on the Base Bid this summer (May 30,2022). The Construction cost is in the $5.5M to 6.0M The Owner is the Town of Lloyd and the work site is/are located in the Hamlet of Highland, Town of Lloyd. The projects limits extend approximately from the intersection of Tillson Avenue, Toc Drive, and Route 44/55 (Vineyard Avenue) to the intersection of Tillson Avenue and Route 9W. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: full depth pavement reconstruction, a new three-sided culvert over the Twaalfskill Creek, curb, sidewalk, closed drainage, retaining walls, and pavement milling and overlay.
