Workscope. Separate Bids for each category - Separate Materials and Labor when possible Basement - Complete clean out - Removal of all stored items - all debris - all insulation and loose boards from ceilings - During work properly seal off basement stairwell from inside of house to maintain proper containment - Fan in basement walk out door for depressurization - All debris to be removed thru the basement walk out - Include dumpster in bid - Run air scrubber in main living area while work is in progress. Attic - Complete clean out of all remaining stored items - All debris - all remaining insulation . Hepa Vac all surfaces - joist bays - etc . Bag as many items as possible before taking through the house and out- Bag all insulation for sure - Run air scrubber in main living area while work is in progress. Proper containment of work areas. 2nd floor Bathroom - Remove ceiling .
