Reference number : 1567364 Submission sent electronically accepted: No TITLE : Stabilization of the bank at the Cite du Havre Contract Award : The APM awards the Contract to the Bidder who submits a Bid that complies with the requirements of the Call for Tenders and who submits the lowest Price. The APM does not undertake to award the Contract to a Bidder. Work description The purpose of the Works is to stabilize the bank and allow the visual improvement of the river at the top of the embankment, all on a portion of approximately 200 m in length on the land bordering the administrative offices of the Cite du Havre at the Port of Montreal. . More specifically, the Works consist of, but are not limited to, the performance of the following activities: Clearing and removal of dry and plant debris in the embankment and the top of the Manual felling of dead or weakened trees, deforestation of shrubs in the embankment and eradication of invasive plant species. Reinforcement by riprap of the bottom of the slope; Installation of a geogrid system with anchors in the embankment; Installation of an anti-erosion mattress in the embankment; Sodding at the top of the embankment; Planting and sowing. Schedule of Works: The Contractor must carry out the Works without interruption, with diligence and provide a sufficient number of teams so that all the Works to be carried out within the framework of the project are completed within the following deadlines: 1. Tree felling: Between March 21 and April 1, 2022; 2. All other work provided for in the contract: between May 1 and June 17, 2022. Due to the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), only one representative per Person interested in bidding may attend the information session and the site visit and must: Present your vaccination passport and an identity document; bring and wear a mask at all times; wash your hands upon arrival; answer health validation questions asked by the APM representative, such as: Does he have any of the following symptoms: cough, fever, breathing difficulties, sudden loss of smell Has he returned from a trip outside the country for less than 2 weeks Is he in contact with someone with COVID-19 Is he awaiting a screening test leave immediately if they have symptoms, if they have returned from a trip outside the country for less than 2 weeks, if they are in contact with a person suffering from COVID-19 or awaiting a screening test; maintain a physical distance of 2 meters from all other people at all times; avoid touching his face; cough into his elbow; comply with any other instructions communicated by the Case Manager. The MPA may plan other visits and undertakes to communicate the same information to all Persons interested in bidding.
