Soliciting proposals from General Contractors that have expertise in tree removal from, on, or near critical infrastructure, especially waterways and dam spillways. Bidders shall include references and at least three (3) similar projects completed within their bids submitted to the Commission. The Contractor shall own and maintain a local office within 100 miles of the Commission offices at 1 F.A. Orechio Drive, Wanaque, NewJersey. The project will be conducted under a single prime contract. All bids must be made on the blank forms supplied by the Commission. The Commission will be practicing Social Distancing 6 ft. apart and require all respondents to were a face mask. The Commission and/or its employees do not express or imply any statements regarding existing conditions beyond what may be stated herein. Access Approval Forms and COVID-19 Vendor Questionnaire should be submitted, via email to Security, with a copy of a photo ID, twenty-four (24) hours in advance of arrival on site.
