Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wildwood, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of November 17th, 2025, the project was awarded to T. Hill Construction, Inc, with an awarded amount of $929,523.20 ** The proposed scope of work includes the construction of a new 10 wide shared use path, stormwater/drainage improvements, and ADA compliant crosswalks along Old State Road from Old State Place to Nantucket Island Drive, with connection to Waterfront Way. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. A certified cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The City of Wildwood reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The DBE Goal for this project is 8%.
