Site work and paving for a civil project in Morgans Point Resort, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Installation of new 1,500-gpm pump station, 250,000-gal ground storage tank, disinfection system, associated site piping, generator, above ground fuel tank, and driveway. Perform exterior and interior rehabilitation of existing 200,000-gal elevated storage tank #2. Question Period Deadline: March 1, 2022 A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid issued by an acceptable suretyshall be submitted with each bid. Alternatively, a certified check or money order of the same amount payable to the Cityof Morgans Point Resort, Texas may be submitted in lieu of a Bid Bond. Bids and bid bonds/checks may be held by the City of Morgans Point Resort for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidders qualifications prior to the contract award. The City of Morgans Point Resort reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.
