Reference number : 1567277 Review Title : Aqueduct, sewer and road works on rue de la Loire Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-02-18 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The City of Sorel-Tracy is requesting tenders in order to proceed with work to replace the main and secondary pipes of the aqueduct and sewer networks on rue de la Loire, located between rue Napol on-Laplante and chemin Saint-Roch. Tender forms can only be obtained through the electronic tendering system at website or at 1-866-669-7326. Obtaining the documents is subject to the pricing of this organization. Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender, and must inform them of the conditions they intend to impose on them and ensure that they hold the required permits and licenses. This contract is subject to the following agreements: ACCQO, AQNB and ALEC. The City of Sorel-Tracy does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and assumes no obligation or expense of any kind whatsoever towards the tenderer(s). Furthermore, it reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part only. Bid Bond 10% is required. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required. End date : 31 Aug 2022 award is subject to final approval.
