The City of Upper Arlington is seeking proposals to competitively pre-qualify vendors in the categories listed below for the Parks & Recreation Department. The City may enter into one or more contracts that prequalifies the selected vendors to perform work within one or more of the categories specified in this RFP. This contract will enable the Parks & Recreation Department to request quotes and engage the selected vendors on an "as needed" basis from a competitively awarded contract. In the case of an emergency in which immediate service is needed, the City may request services without a quote based on the bidder Cost Summary rates and availability. No bid bond is required for this contract.No performance bond is required for this contract. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities, and to request a rebid on the required material. If more than one item, prices shall be quoted on the units requested. However, each item shall be considered a separate bid and the City reserves the right to award a contract on each item separately, on all items as a whole, or in any combination of items. Bidders whose bid is made on an "All or None" basis must clearly state such fact in their bid. Question Cutoff Date:February 18, 2022 @ 8:00 AM The initial term of the Pre-qualification will run from the date of award through December 31, 2022.
