Renovation of a water / sewer project in Hays, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Hays Department of Water Resources is accepting proposals for replacement of the Soda Ash Feeder at the Water Plant. This written Request for Proposal (RFP) states the scope of the City of Hays requirements and specifies the general rules for preparing the proposal. The proposal should clearly demonstrate how the firm can best satisfy the requirements of the City of Hays. The City of Hays shall reserve the right to enter an agreement with the firm presenting the proposal that is most advantageous to the City of Hays. This is a tax-exempt project. The City of Hays will provide a tax-exempt certificate prior to the contractor beginning work. The City of Hays Department of Water Resources is accepting proposals for replacement of the Soda Ash Feeder at the Water Plant. The Department of Water Resources, City of Hays has prepared this RFP and has designated the Superintendent, Tim Huck, as project manager.
