Remove and refurbish (1) each 5' x 8' monument sign located on Mid-Cities Blvd. Refurbish existing monument sign per specifications below. Reface, repaint and completely rewire/bulb the existing lighting system. Repaint visible poles areas on site. Reinstall new sign cabinets. Remove the existing cabinet. Traffic control for demolition and installation. All incidentals for removal and refurbishment of monument signs. The City reserves the right to withdraw the request for bids for any reason. The City further reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of any specific bid or all bids and to accept or reject any trade-in
