2023 Miscellaneous Storm Drain Extensions, Project No. 6423-301, on Mary Drive and Steve Drive all work required for pipe bursting existing sewer, point repairs, manhole construction, service lead reconnection, pavement restoration, sidewalk restoration, landscape restoration, erosion control, traffic control, and related items, for the construction of: "Submitted bids must be in sealed envelopes upon the blank form of proposal furnished and envelopes shall be marked in the upper left-hand corner with project title and bid opening date and time. All proposals shall be accompanied by a bid bond from a corporate surety (with the appropriate "Powers of Attorney") or by a cashier's or certified check upon a national or state bank in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid, as a guarantee that bidder will enter into a contract and execute performance, payment and maintenance bonds within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract to him." All bidders will be required to comply with provision 5159a of "Vernon's Annotated Civil Statutes" of the State of Texas with respect to the payment of prevailing wage rates.
