Wayne County will be accepting sealed proposals from experienced firms interested in providing Geotechnical Engineering and construction testing services for the Wayne County Jail. The Project involves the construction of a single-story addition to the existing building. The site is located on 900 North William Street, Goldsboro , NC. The structure is anticipated to be primarily CMU bearing wall and wall loads are not expected to exceed 5 kips/linear ft. Column loads are not expected to exceed 100 kips Questions about the RFP shall be directed to Noelle Woods at noelle.woods@waynegov.com. Answers to questions will be provided by e-mail to all interested firms in the form of an Addendum. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
