Wayne County will be accepting sealed proposals from experienced firms interested in providing Geotechnical Engineering and construction testing services for the Wayne County Jail. The Project involves the construction of a single-story addition to the existing building. The site is located on 900 North William Street, Goldsboro , NC. The structure is anticipated to be primarily CMU bearing wall and wall loads are not expected to exceed 5 kips/linear ft.
