All responses received shall be in full accordance with the instructions set forth in the RFQ. The Authority will reject late responses. The Authority reserves the right to waive any irregularities or technicalities.

Once submitted, all Invitation for Bid response documents shall remain the property of the Authority The signs are to be stripped if necessary for a smooth surface to be repainted (IAA's sign standards are to be
utilized. The sign color and white lettering/font is to be consist with the IAA adopted sign standards).
o The signs can be either refurbished on site or disassembled and refinished at their facility and then reinstalled
based on weather conditions.
o Temporary signage will be required to be installed during sign refurbishment.
o Proofs will be required to be submitted and approved prior to refurbishment. The winning service provider
will work with an IAA representative to verify the accuracy of the names placed on the signs. Building signs
must have the physical address placed on the sign.
o White reflective tape is to be used.
o All work will be completed and invoiced in 2022.
o Completed signs may be invoiced in groups (include sign numbers on submitted invoices) to the project's
point of contact (POC).
o Damaged signs are to be properly repaired to original condition or replaced, if necessary.
o The Indianapolis Airport Police temporary sign (#33) is to be replaced with a previously used post & panel sign
(provided by IAA) that will need to be refurbished.
o For the quote, each sign should be individually itemized by cost and the service to be provided, post their
physical inspection by the service provider.
o Provider will need to submit and gain an approved IAA Work Permit prior to starting the work, post award This project has been awarded to Business Art & Designs, Inc.
