A. This project will consist of removing existing carpet and installing new carpet. B. Perform Work of Contract under Lump Sum Total cost contract with Owner in accordance with Conditions of Contract. Pre-qualification of contractors on facility contracts is waived; however, the Uniform General Conditions included in each proposal document outlines specific requirements for contract award.
