Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Craig, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

No bid shall be withdrawn after opening the bid without the consent of the City of Craig, for a period of 30 days after the scheduled time for opening bids. The bids must be completely filled out on the bid form provided. Bids shall be addressed to the City of Craig, and shall have the name of the bidder and Design and Build Baseball Backstop written thereon. Time is of the essence with respect to the deadline to complete the work under this agreement. In the event that project is not completed by AUGUST 12, 2022, (Contracts over $50,000) Faithful Performance (Completion) Bond - (CONTRACT AMOUNT) (Contracts over $50,000) Payment, Labor and Materials Bond - (CONTRACT AMOUNT The City of Craig is seeking qualified fencing professionals to remove and install 100 chain-link backstop and upright posts at Trapper Baseball Field in Woodbury Park, located at 250 Mack Lane. The exact dimensions should be verified by vendors. The current backstop has become dilapidated and, in some areas, unable to mend and fix. This is a design and build project that lends creativeness and flexibility to the contractor. The peak season for the complex is May - August with numerous activities and events being programmed at the park. The anticipated start date for the project is July 1 to minimize the impact of the summer baseball season and field use. Emphasis given to creative and original design that is cost effective, sustainable, and durable.
