The work each year shall be completed between April 15 and October 15 of that year (referred to herein as the Work Season). This contract is initially for the performance of work for one Work Season (April 15, 2022 through October 15, 2022), with the County retaining the sole discretion to extend the contract on a Work Season by Work Season basis until the County deems the work complete, which the County anticipates will be a maximum of four years. The prime contractor shall possess a valid California Class A contractor's license. Prebid questions regarding the Plans and Specifications shall be submitted via email only to: Mr. Mohsen Azouz at mazouz@pw.lacounty.gov. Prebid questions will not be accepted after 5 p.m. on Thursday, February 17, 2022.
