Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Azusa, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Through this Request for Proposal ("RFP"), AUSD is seeking proposals from qualified firms in order to identify and select the most qualified Energy Services design-build contractor ("Contractor") to develop and implement a scope of work related to: o Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) modernizations o Building envelope upgrades including window and door replacement o Ventilation improvements o Air cleaning technologies o Building Automation System (BAS) installation, upgrade, or expansion o Water conservation o Other related infrastructure improvements o Backup generation Questions due: March 24, 2022 Questions and requests for clarification on this Request for Proposal must be submitted in writing via e-mail as follows: ballen@azusa.org April 20, 2022 Contract Awarded/Start Site Assessments AUSD at its sole discretion may select the awarded respondent for subsequent energy conservation phases of work. AUSD, at its sole discretion, also reserves the right to reject any or all respondents.
