This contract includes, but is not limited to sewer and drainage structure structural rehabilitation by Cast-In-Place Liner. Minor Traffic Devices as defined by the 2012 Michigan Department of Transportation Standard Specifications shall be included in the price for the contract. Traffic control outside of minor traffic devices shall be supplied by the City of Kalamazoo at no cost to the contractor. The contractor shall be responsible for coordinating traffic control needs with the City of Kalamazoo.Include on the Envelope the Project Name and Bid Reference Number. All Envelopes Must Be Sealed.

A performance bond shall be furnished in the full amount of the contract ensuring the City of faithful performance of all the provisions of the contract, and the satisfactory performance of any equipment required hereunder. The bond shall also ensure the City against defective workmanship and/or materials.
