Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Willowbrook, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,880-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The proposed work is officially known as Village of Willowbrook; THE COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTER: INTERIOR BUILD-OUT. Work includes the following: o Complete Interior Build-Out of the existing 7,880 SF 1-Story Community Resource Center Building, which will include the following: o Construction of 2,700 SF Village Board Room. o Construction of 2,225 SF Multi-Purpose Room. o Construction of 330 SF Village Board Conference Room. o Construction of Service Kitchen. o Construction of new bathrooms. o Plumbing improvements throughout. o Electrical and Lighting improvements throughout. o Construction of new Audio and Video Systems throughout. o Construction of new Fire Sprinkler System throughout. o Construction of Video Surveillance and Security Systems throughout. o Reconstructed Parking Lot. o Site Sidewalk Improvements. o All services required to be provided and connected. o Any additional appurtenant work required to make this a well-constructed project, and all required safety measures and clean-up tasks to insure a successful project. o The Contractor will work in a deliberate and safe manner. The safety of the Public, and the VoW Staff and the Contractor's Employees is the TOP PRIORITY. o The Contractor will work in a neat fashion and ensure a clean work environment. The Contractor will properly clean and dispose of all work debris and neatly store all tools at the end of each workday.
