Paving - Concrete, Street/Road Concrete Repair, Construction, Street/Road Asphalt Resurfacing and Milling, Concrete Pavement, Sawcutting/Sidewalk/Pavement, Grade and Surface, Pavement Removal, Asphalt Pulverizing, Excavation, Street/Road Materials, Erosion Control - Temporary, Stormwater Improvements, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete), Street/Road Intersection Improvements, Materials, Equipment and Supplies, Street/Road Intersection Construction and Repair, Street/Roadway Reconstruction , Asphalt Overlay, Utility Street Construction and Excavation, Sitework/Excavating and Grading, Street/Road Repairs, Concrete Pavement Removal, Street/Road Concrete Reconstruction. The Project includes the following Work: Pulverization and overlay of Hillcrest Drive, Valley Road, Cherokee Drive, and approximately 440 lineal feet of Ridge Road including asphalt and concrete driveway apron replacement. Additional work will include approximately 690 lineal feet of storm sewer removal and storm sewer installation on Valley Road. This is a Town Local Road Improvement Project (LRIP). The Town of Brookfield reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
