T itle: Rental and installation of platforms and scaffolding structures for the Department of Canadian Heritage (PCH). Summary : The Department of Canadian Heritage (PCH) is looking for professionals in the rental and installation of temporary scaffolding platforms and structures to qualify them as supply arrangement holders (suppliers) under the events produced or supported by PCH in the National Capital Region, and under the terms and conditions set out in the Request for Supply Arrangement. These sourcing vendors will build an inventory of potential companies that have the experience and capability to provide its specific services for individual projects. Suppliers will be engaged on an "as and when required" basis for individual projects through a project-specific Request for Proposal (RFP), issued in accordance with the terms of the Procurement Regime. The period of the Supply Arrangement will be for a period of four (4) years from the date of issuance of the Supply Arrangement. RFSA Name: Under qualified Supply Arrangement Holders (Suppliers) as determined through the Request for Supply Arrangements (RFSA). Procurement procedure : open This requirement is open to bidders for services in the National Capital Region. Mandatory technical criteria: 1. The Bidder must demonstrate that it has a minimum of five (5) years of experience, prior to the closing date of this Request for Supply Arrangement, in the field of delivery and installation of platform and scaffolding structure in all seasons. Experience must include transport, installation, maintenance, inspection and dismantling. The Bidder must include, at a minimum, the following information: a) Name of client organization or company and contact information; b) Start and end dates of the experience; and, c) Details of past experience. 2. In addition to criterion 1, the Bidder must present in their proposal at least one (1) detailed example of a project , demonstrating their company's experience in providing all-weather scaffolding rental services. to include transport, installation, maintenance, inspection and dismantling and which are similar in scope and complexity to what is described in Annex "A", Statement of Work . This experience must have been acquired within the five (5) years preceding the closing date of this Request for Supply Arrangement. The Bidder must include, at a minimum, the following information in the example it submits: a) Name of client organization or company and contact information; b) Start and end dates of the experience; and, c) Detailed information on the experience gained from a project (a one-page summary of at least 500 words in length). 3. The Bidder must demonstrate that he has a minimum of three (3) years of experience, prior to the closing date of this Request for Supply Arrangement, in the field of delivery and installation of platform for large-scale events* such as: Festivals, celebrations, ceremonies or others. *Note: A large-scale event is by definition a social activity of a cultural, artistic, ceremonial, commercial, sporting or other nature, organized with the aim of attracting a large audience . The Bidder must include, at a minimum, the following information: a) Name of client organization or company and contact information; b) Start and end dates of the experience; and, c) Details of past experience (a summary of at least 750 words in length) 4. The Bidder must confirm and demonstrate that it has all the types of equipment mentioned in article 4.1.C of Annex "A", of the Statement of Work. 5. The Bidder must demonstrate its ability to provide service seven (7) days a week (7) to respond to emergency calls. The tenderer must demonstrate that he can respond to emergencies by arriving on site within a period of less than two (2) hours.
