Site work for a municipal facility in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Construct and install a metal storage building on a concrete pad. Contractor will be responsible for constructing a metal storage building on a concrete pad, located at the Ned Donkle Complex, 33rd Avenue North, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. Construction will be as follows: Construct a 30-foot by 40-foot by 10-foot 12-gauge steel metal storage building on a concrete pad. Color of metal to be gray. Install an A-frame roof that is insulated on the inside. Roof must have 140 MPH wind capacity. Color of roof to be royal blue. Install a 34" x 72" standard walk-in door and a 10' x 10' roll-up door at the end of the building. Install 50-amp service that consists of nine (9) outlets and LED lighting inside the building. Install one (1) hose bib on the exterior of the building and one (1) hose bib on the interior of the building. All trim work shall be white.
