Pavement Stripping Hot Epoxy All in accordance with the Contract Documents, including location map and specifications, is on file in the office of the Engineering and Development Department, Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Bidders Proof of Responsibility for 2022 is required on all bids. Proof of Responsibility forms are available from the ENGINEERING A N D D E V ELO PM EN T DEPARTMENT located on the 1st floor of the Menomonee Falls Village Hall, W156 N8480 Pilgrim Road, Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin 53051 or the Village of Menomonee Falls website and must be filed with the Director of Engineering and Development by 4:30 pm the 18th day of February, 2022. Plans and Specifications will be available at any time after 8:00 am on the 9th day of February, 2022. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of bid closing. Bids and proposals must be sealed and addressed to the Village Board of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. There shall appear on the envelope of each bid and proposal, the name and address of the bidder and the purpose for which the proposal is intended. No proposal will be considered which is not made out on the regular forms furnished by the Village. The Village of Menomonee Falls reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any defects or informalities in proposals received and to accept the proposal most advantageous to the Village. The letting of the contract shall be subject to the provisions of Section 66.0901 of the Wisconsin State Statutes. The Plans and Specifications for this project were prepared by the Village of Menomonee Falls.
