The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) for electrical services. The work under this Standing Offer Agreement will involve, but not limited to, providing labour, equipment, material, supervision and transportation necessary for electrical services at various locations at the Royal Canadian Mounted Training Academy - Depot Division, :Support Service Building and "F" Division Headquarters in Regina, Saskatchewan. The services of an electrician, may include, but not be limited to; the installation, repair, testing and maintaining of wiring, controls, motors and other electrical devices. The work will be performed on an "as required" basis. The SOA period will be for three (3) years from the date of SOA with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to one (1) additional one-year period. All contractor personnel working on site must hold a valid "Site Access Level 2 (FA2) with escort" issued by RCMP Departmental Security. The contractor SHALL NOT remove or make copies of any DESIGNATED or CLASSIFIED information or assets from the identified work site. Only those employees whose names appear on the Contractor's payroll and have met the security clearance requirements will be allowed access to the site of the work. Basis of selection: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
