Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in La Place, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Bids received after the above-designated date and time will not be opened and will be rejected. This project will consist of the installation of ceiling tiles, batt insulation, metal stud and gypsum board walls, millwork cabinets and miscellaneous painting as detailed in the documents. The Contractor performing the work must be licensed with the State of Louisiana Licensing Board as a General Contractor. Bids received from Bidders without this license will be rejected. All work must be substantially complete by 60 days from the NTP. Any person requiring special accommodations shall notify the owner of the type(s) of accommodation required not less than seven (7) days before the bid opening.
