Budget Range is approximately $400,000 to $750,000 for this project. This project will consist of membrane roofing and insulation replacement, metal roofing repairs, and metal flashing replacement, as detailed in the documents. The Contractor performing the work must be licensed with the State of Louisiana Licensing Board as a General Contractor. Bids received from Bidders without this license will be rejected. All work must be substantially complete by 120 days from the NTP.
