Site work, new construction and remodeling of a municipal facility in Montezuma, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10,000-square-foot municipal facility; and for the remodel of a 10,000-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.
As of 03/08/2022, Two addendum are available. Contact owner for information. Qualified General Contractors are invited to bid on a new 10,000 square foot Vehicle Storage Facility (VSF) and the remodel of an existing 10,000 square foot office building at the west side of the Eisenhower Johnson Memorial Tunnel on I-70. The new VSF will be a concrete masonry unit (CMU) structure with a concrete back wall; and shall have a shed style standing seam metal roof with metal joist structure. The office building is a 2-story existing wood framed structure that will have extensive interior renovations to provide a new control room and supporting office space. The office remodel will also have sleeping area and additional restrooms. Both buildings will have sprinkler systems and will connect to the existing utilities and generator at the Tunnel complex. The process to be used in the selection of the General Contractor is the Competitive Sealed Best Value Bidding method comprised of two steps as described in Section I (H).
